This policy explains how True Fake News ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website or create a staff account. We aim to collect as little as possible.

• Content you submit — articles, episodes and media you upload through the admin CMS, along with timestamps and the author account.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected in server logs for security and reliability.
• Preferences — your light/dark theme choice, stored locally in your browser.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we do not sell personal data.

2. Why we use it (legal bases)

• To operate the site and deliver requested pages and audio — performance of a contract.
• To authenticate staff and protect against abuse or fraud — legitimate interests.
• To understand aggregate traffic and improve content — legitimate interests or consent, where required.
